WHEREAS, pursuant to Notice Inv ".sting Bids for the
construction.of a facility building at the city=s municipal trailer
park, heretofore duly given, sealed proposals and 'bids thereof were
duly received and, at the time and place set for such purpose, duly
opened, and it appearing that the lowest and regular and responsible
bidder is South Coast Construction Co., a corporation; and,
WHEREAS, there has been duly presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain agreement dated
the 26th day of March, 1956, by and between South Coast Construction
Co. and the City of Newport Beach providing for the construction of
said facility building;
NOW, MMFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED, that said bid of said
South Coast Construction Co. for said construction of said facility
building for the sum of $17,997.00 be accepted, and the same 1s
hereby awarded to South Coast Construction Co.; and,
BE IT FURTHER FUMLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
ho, and they are hereby authorized and ducted to execute said
Agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executed copy
i thereof to said South Coast Construction Co.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meting thereof held on the 26th day of
March, 1956, by the following vote, to -wit;
