of 1938 that the proposal shall request said BsurtduV C=mIssion
to determine the definitoness and certainty of the boundaries and
other matters affecting the proposed boundaries Of the real
property referred to as the 17th Street Annex and which in
described in Exhibit "A" 4ttuohed hereto and made a part hoof

BE IT FURMR RESOlLVM that the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Newport Bosch, be and they are hereby authorised
to excoute said proposal on behalf of the City of Newport Beaoh
to be Verified by the said City Clerk and to file sausat with

other matters affecting the proposed boundaries of the real
property set forth on a map attached hereto and made a part hereof
and which is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
