RESOLUTION NO. 4489
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER
OF THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWERS IN CLIFF
DRIVE AND OTHER STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk an assess-
ment to represent the costs and expenses of the work and improve-
ment done pursuant to proceedings had and taken under and pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 4355, adopted July 25, 1955; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has duly given notice in the manner
provided by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time
set for hearing; and
WHEREAS, said City Council is now satisfied as to the proper
completion of the work and of the spreading of the assessment,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said assessment and diagram, the proceed-
ings leading up to the same} and all. acts and determinations of a
officers of the City of Newport Beach, California, in relation to
the work done and to the said assessment and the diagram attached
thereto bey and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and
the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered and directed to
attach to said assessment a warrant in the manner and form provide
by law, said warrant bearing date of this Resolution, and is furth
ordered to deliver said warrant, diagram and assessment to the
contractor, or his assignee, as the case may bey forthwith upon
payment of the incidental expenses due thereon.
