RESOLUTION NO. SDI
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of .Newport Beach
by resolution No. 4323 on the 25th day of April, 1955, requested
that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, State of
California, allocate $13,251.00 from the County Highway Users Gas
Tax - Aid to City - Funds for the acquisition and opening of a
certain access road to the Corona Del Mar State Beach in the City
of Newport Beach and which said access road Is particularly des-
cribed in the aforesaid resolution; ands
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange
approved the allocation of the sum of $130251.0O for the acquisi-
tion and opening of the aforesaid access road; and,
WHEREAS, said access road will be for the benefit of tzij
public and the citizens of Orange County; and,
WHEREAS, addition =al funds are needed for the acquisition;
and opening of said access road to the Corona Del Mar State Beach
In the City of Newport Beach.
NOW, THEREp0RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City or Newport Beach that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Orange, State of California, be requested to allocate to the
City of Newport Beach the sum of $4,251.00 from the County Highway
Users Gas Tax - Aid to City - 37unds for the acquisition and opening
of the aforesaid access road to the Corona Del Mir State Beach in
the City of Newport Beach.
The above anal foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof held on the day or
