WiWUMS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an Agreement, wherein and whereby
Austin Sturtevant Company guarantees to the City of Newport Beach
that it will construot water lines, sewers, cement work and stmt
surveys, and any other improvements shown on the Improvement plane
heretofore approved by the City Engineer; said laVrovemeats to
be located in Tmat 3000; and
WiiMUM, said Agreement provides that Austin Sturtevant
Cow shall file with the City of Newport Beach a bond in the
amount of not less than $136,000.00 to assure full and faithful
,.. ;
WHEREAS, the said Austin Sturtevant Company has submi
to the City of Newport Beach said bond in the amount of $1360000.
NOW, TMWOR3,0 BE IT RESOLVED that the said Agreement
between Austin Sturtevant Company and the City of Newport Beach
be, and the same is hereby, approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk shall Iran
sit an executed copy thereof to the said Austin Sturtevant Compam
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 9thday
of July, 1956s by the following vote., to wit:
