All that portion of said streets and alleys to be vacated, closed
adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach for said vacation,
closing up and abandonment, by Pauolution dated a..��/� 3�,�9�1D ,,
and designated "solution No, V S',13 ". Reference is hereby made for
further partioulars as to the proposed vacation, closing up and abandonment
of sold portion of said streets and alloys, to onid map, and said map is
made a part of this Resolution to the same extent and purpose as if the
same were herein incorporated in full.

m ont of the aforesaid portion of acid streets and alleys shall to had and
taken, and the City Council of the City of Aawport beach slants to proceed
under the provisions of the "Street Vacation +lot of 1941 ", approved
May 13, 1941, statutes 1941, Chapter 250 and amendments thereto, being
Division 9, Page 3, Chapters 2 and 3, Sections 8320 to 8331, inclusive,
Streets and highways Code.
BEGTIM4 3s All portions of said strosts and alloys to be vaostad,
closed up and abandoned the City reserves and excepts from said vacation
the permanent easement and right at any time or from time to time to oonw
struot, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew the sanitary severs
and storm drains and appurtenant structures in, upon over and across said
streets and allure so proposed to be vacated and pursuant to any existing
franchises or rwmals thersof, and to construct, moaintain, operate, replaeor
remove and renew and enlarge lases of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles
and other convenient structures for the operation of has pipe linos, tele-
graph and telephone linos and the distribution of electric energy, water
and incidental purposes.
