"Beginning at a point in the bsaumdary line of the City
of Newport Bauch, said point being the southwest Comer of Lot
1213 as shops upon a map of the Pirst Addition to LVwport Mesa
Tract recorded in Miscellaneous rep Book 80 Page 6o1�j,Records or
South-
westerly line or Lot1014 as shown upon said southeasterly to 6i south-
west Corner thereof; thence easterly along the southerly line
of said Lot 1®30, Lot q14$ Lot 814, Lot 714 and Lot 614 to the
southeast corner of said Lot 610, as said lots are show upon said
magi of Pirst Addition to Newport Mesa Tract; thence southwesterly
along the southeasterly line of Lot 715 and Lot 716 as shown upon
said map of First Addition to Newport Fees Tftat to a point of an
Intersection with a line lying southwesterly of, parallel to, and
distant 699,00 feet from the southwesterly line of that certain
parcel of land granted to the City of Newport Beach by deed dated

Records of said Orange County; thence southeasterly along said
parallel line to a point of intersection with the northwesterly
line of the 60 foot right of way as deeded to the State of
California and recorded in Back 653, Page 248 of Official Records
of said Orange County, said point lying In the boundary line of
the City of Newport Beach; thence northeasterly along raid north-
westerly line and along alaid City boundary line to an intersection
of the southwesterly line of the d ntioned. parcel of land
granted to the City of Newport Beach; thence northwesterly along
said southwesterly line, and along said City boundary line to
the most westerly corner of the said parcel of land granted to
the City of Newport Beach; thence northeasterly along said City
boundary line to an angle point in said boundary line, said
