SAS, purm asnt to Notice Inviting Bids for the
of weeds on certain parcels of land within the City of Newport Beae
heretofore duly given, sealed proposals and bids thereof were duly
received, and at the time and place Set for Stich purpose, duly
opened, and it appearing that the lowest regular and responsible
bidder is B. Lyndon McFall Constructis -Shot ) and
WB,S, there has been duly presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain agreement dated
OW 13, 1957, by and between E. Lyndon ReMl Construction Company
and the City of Newport Beach providing for the removal of said
tweeds=
t OW# THEPWOREs M IT RMOLVED that said bid of said
B. Lyndon nepall Construction Cony for the removal of said
weeds for the sum of 0:964 M be accepted and the same is hereby
swarded to E. Lyndon mall Construction Cori and
BE IT PUMHZR. RWOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executed
copy thereof to said S. Lyndon XoPell Construction Company.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting- thereof held on the 13th day of MAY*
1957, by the following vote, to wit.,
