as sham on drawing No. 136 -2508, heretofore duly given, sealed
proposals and bids thereof were duly received, and at the t1W
and place set for such purpose, duly opened, and it appearing
that the lowest regular and responsible bidder is Be C. Growl a
of the City of Newport .Beach a certain agmmumt _dated the 17th
day of dune, 1957, by and between Be C. GrOW1. and the City of
Newport Beach providing for the construction of said fire
Be C. Grow for said construction of the said fire station for
the sum of $341.700.00 be accepted and the same is hereby
and they are hereby authorised and directed to execute said
Agniement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of
Newport Besmh, and that the City Clark furnish a duly executed
oogy thereof to said Be C. Grow.
