RESOLUTION No. 4 q o
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED
there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a certain Quit Claim deed by Richard Wo Atwell, the same
being dated April 19, 19570 wherein said party remises, releases
and forever quit claims to the City of Newport Beach certain
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange..
State of California, and described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Railroad Avenue as shown on the map of Canal
Newport Beach, in the City of Newport Beach, County of Oranps
State of California, as per map recorded in Book &, Page 98 of
Miscellaneous maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
county lying between the northeasterly prolongation of the
southeasterly line of lot 1 of block 332 of said tract and the
southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of lot 10
of block 432 of said tract. EXCEPT all that portion of Railroad
Avenue (now known as Clubhouse Avenue) lying westerly and
northerly of the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of
that portion of said Railroad Avenue adjoining said block 332
as shown on map no. 108 filed in book 2, pages 1 to 23 inclusive
of Official Haps in the office of the said County Recorder; and
WHEREAS* it appears to be for the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Quit
Claim Deed;
Deed hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinabove
described property, is .accepted and approved by the City of
Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on , 1957
by the following roll call vote, to wit:

the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
