WERSUp there is sow in existence an agreement boo- -
the City of Nawpsrt Beach and D. W. Tato, therein sometimes
mentioned as "Cosesasiowtire ", dated February 1. 1941, and ending
September 90, 1959t coveting the prods" therein described,

mot oharge fees for parking automobiles is the aforementioned lot
or lots except after approval of the amount of such fee by eha City,

charge made for automobile parking in state parks in this areal and

In the amount of 900 for each automobile# which said charge is not
is excess of the charge made for such parking in the state parks

1. That the charge of Concessionaire for parking an the
promises described in said agreement, ply known as Corona del
Mar State Beenh, in the amount of 500 per automobile be, and the
same is, bweby approved:
2, that said parking charge shall only be in offset be--
semen the boars of 6:00 o'clock A.M. and WOO o'clock P.M. daily
except ae otherwise authorized or modified by the City Monaperi
3. that for the remainder of the caleades year 1957 the
use of as annual automobile pass for the purposes of entrance to
the beach and free .parking when available is hereby established.
That the cost of said pass for this pawl" beraln mentioned shall
be is the amoent of $2.50 each. That said pass shall not give say
priority for parking purposes. That sold pass be sold only at the
Newport Beach City Rall during regular office hours.
