Section 22WO Chapter 2, Article rl of the RkMIO1pa1 Cade, the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach does herI resolve
that the following positions shall be excluded from the compen-
sation plan with respect to entrance salary rates and eligibility
for periodic salary advancement:
Fire Chief
Finance Director
Administrative Assistant
General Services Director
Planning Assistant
Parks, Beaches & Recreation Director
Building & Safety Director
Water h Sewer Superintendent
Purchasing Agent
Lifeguard Captain
Trailer Park Manager
City Librarian
Assistant Public Works Director
Public Works Director
City Electrician
Police Chief
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof meld on the 26th day of
