7 entered a contact an August 6, 1957 for the County to improve
8 &Waldo Avemse northerly from Coast Highways and
9 WHMMB, it is now convenient to both the City eat County
10 and in the public interest to have the County construct and Improve
11 Marius Avenue in the City for a distance of approximately three
12 hundred (goo) feet southwesterly from Coast Hidways and
13 WMMM, the City 18 willing to pay the cost of such construe*

15 Ifni, TMWONE0 BE IT RESCLVEg, that the Mayor and the City
16 Clerk be authorised and directed to execute an ant between
17 the City of Newport Beach and the County of Orange for the cou-
18 struction and improvement of that portion of Marine Avenue by the
19 County,
20 This resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City
21 Council of Newport Beach on the 9th day of December# 1957, by the
22 following Voter
