RESOLUTION NO. 4718
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF BIG CANYON RESERVOIR.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for the con-
of Big Canyon Reservoir and Transmission Maine in accord-
7 ce with plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids thereon
8 were received on December 9, 1957 and were publicly opened and
9 declared, and
10 WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder for
11 construction of Big Canyon Reservoir called for in Schedule 2 of
12 he notice inviting; bide, is Montgomery Rose Fisher, Ise.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bid Of said '

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are

by authorised and directed to execute a contract in Accordance
23
th the specifications, bid, and this award on behalf of the City
24
Newport Beach; and that the City Clerk furnish a fully executed
25
opy to coontgomery Ross Fisher. Inc.

This resolution was adopted at an adjourned, regular meet -
