RESOLUTION N0, 4720
WHEREAS, there has been duly presented to the City Council
cf the City of Newport Beach certain Agreements for Mutual Aid Fire
Protection between the City of Newport Beach and the City of San
Clemente; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore considered the
and conditions of said agreement and said terms and conditions are
reasonable and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
The above resolution was duly and regularly passed and
opted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regu-
meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of December, 1957, by
following vote:
