final construction costs area incidental expenses.
2. Laurmc a J. Thomson, the assessment engineer, will:

Cowncil prior to the confirmation of the &ssessmMt#
g. Prepare the bonds and the Treasurers Bond
Register, check same with the attorney, and deliver
sane to the City Treasurer.
3. CoMenaation in the 0matmt of Two kind yif''ty
Dollars ($250.00) shall be paid to Laurence J. ThoWson,
assessment engineer, for the above serviees. One -half of
said compensation shall be paid on filing the assessment roll
with the City Clerks and one -half upon delivery of the binds
and bond register to the City Treasurer.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Neuport Beach at an Adjourned regular meeting an the 244th
day of December, 1958, by the following vote, to wits
