2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT
3 OF EASEMENT

5 WHERZAS, The Irvine Company, as owner, and N. L. Jones
6 and Mildred Irene Jones, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
7 lessees, have executed a Grant of Easement to the City of Newport
8 Beach for the purpose of installing, constructing, improving,
9 repairing, replacing and maintaining sewer lines in and over a
10 portion of Lot 5, Block E. as shown on a map of Tract No. 1219
11 recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 38, pages 26 and 27, Records of
12 orange County, California; and
13 I-R -DMAS, a sewer line in said easement is properly.a
14 part of the sewerage system of the City of Newport Beach which
15 has been constructed by The Irvine Company;
16 N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease -
17 ment be accepted.
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
19 City of Newport Beach hereby consents to its recordation.
20 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
21 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 12th day of
22 fee;; 1955, by the following vote, to wit:

24 jN Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard

I, MARGERY SCHHOUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and waintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4913 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 12th day of January , 1959, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart, Lorenz, Sowers, Kingsley,
Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
