A RE::OLUTION OF T-HE CITY COUNCII OF THE CITY OF

10EREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach for its acceptance and approval a certain contract by and between
the City of Newport Beach and ?4. A. Bertuleit, eaherein said City of Newport
Beach agrees to sell certain excess *.rater of said City to W. 4. Bertuleit, upon
the conditions, covenants and restrictions as therein set forth; and,
lrIiERBAS, said City Council has heretofore considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and said terms and conditions are reasonable, and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, B..3 IT '_t?,SOIVED that certain contract betwoen the City
of Newport Beach and W. A. Bertuleit, wherein the City of Newport Beach agrees
to sell certain excess water upon certain conditions, restrictions and
limitations to said W. A. Bertuleit, be a$proved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are herebP authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
This Resolution was adopted /by the City Cotmcil of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting on the /r _, day of -2/77 G?� _ , 1959; by the
following vote, to wit:
