RESOLUTION NO. x®72.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
services between the City of Newport Beach and Pleger, Blurock,
Hougan & Ellerbroek, for the precise plan of Public Service Area
No. 1, Corona del Mar State Beach Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the Int'' day of
August, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5072 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 10th day of August , 19 59 by the following
vote, to wits
