A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

MIM-Re:AS, The Irvine Company, a I ^Test Virginia corporatia

has executed a deed of right of way dated September 11, 19592
7
granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement for public road
8
purposes over the real property in the City of Newport Beach,
9
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

A portion of Lot One, Tract No. 1125, recorded
in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 39, page 7 and 8, records
11
of Orange County, California, and more particularly
described as follows:

Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said
13
Lot One; thence North 20 43' EWTest aloe the westerly
line of said Lot One a distance of 17.2 feet to the
14
beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the east and
having a radius of 360 feet; thence northeasterly
15
along said curve and along the westerly line of said
Lot One, through a central angle of 1° 40' 22" an
16
arc distance of 10.51 feet to the beginning of a,
tangent curve, concave to the northeast and having
17
a radius of 27.00 feet; thence southeasterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 91° 40' 22°',
18
an are distance of 43.20 feet to a point in the
southerly line of said Lot One; thence South 87° 17'
19
West along the southerly line of said Lot One a
distance of 27.14 feet to the point of beginning.

Reserving unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns,
21
the right to construct, maintain and operate lines of any
and all kinds across, under or aver said road or any part
22
thereof, including lines for the conveyance of water and
including lines for telephone, telegraph and electric
23
power, but so as not to interfere with the reasonable use
for public road purposes.

Subject to all existing easements,reservations, rights

and rights of way of record;

This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 28th day of
September, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
