• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 A_CONTRACT WITH THE IRVINE COMPANY
4 „
5 WHEREAS, there was presented for approval to the City
6 Council on October 13, 1959, the final map for Tract No. 2202,
7 which the City Council approved on condition that The Irvine Compa
8 enter into a contract with the City of Newport Beach for the im-
9 provement and dedication of certain streets to guarantee access to
10 said tract and Tract No, 3542; and
11 WHEREAS, such a contract has'been presented to the City
12 Council of the City of Newport Beach and the City Council has con -
13 'sidered the terms and conditions thereof and found them to be fair
14 and equitable;
15 NO$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
16 City of Newport Beach that said contract between the City of Newport
17 Beach and The Irvine Company be approved and the Mayor and City
18 Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
19 the City of Newport Beach.
20 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
21 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 26th day of
22 October, 1959, by the following vote, to wits
23 AYES, COUNCILMEN° Kingsley, Atkinson,
24 Higbie, Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers

26 ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None

the foregoing Resolution No. 5107 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 26th day of October , 1959 by the following
vote, to wit:

Hart, Lorenz, Somers
