• 2 A RESOLUTION OF TAE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E2CUTION OF
• 3 A CONTRACT WITH MARY ANNE E. MARCH PROVIDING
FOR THE RELOCATION OF A PIER AND FLOAT AT LOT
4 162 IN BLOCK A. EAST NMJPORT

6 WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Newport Beach
7 and Mary Anne E. March has been presented to the City Council in
8 which Mrs. March agrees to relocate and reconstruct a pier and
9 float to be built in front of Lot 162 in Block A, East Newport,
10 at the request of the City; and
11 WHEREAS, it appears to be in the interests of the City
12 to execute said agreement;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
14 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
15 on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is authorized and direct
16 to execute and attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to
17 the recording of said agreement in the County Recorder's office.
18 ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1960.
