RESOLUTION IQO. 5184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH.AUTHORIZZNG THE E2MCUTION CF.A
CONTRACT WITH THE CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT
OF FIIJANCE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract with the California
State (Department of Finance for an estimate of population of the
City of Newport Beach by said department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
