has executed a deed of right of way granting to the City
of Newport

Beach an easement for public road purposes over the real
property

in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California

Reserving unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns,
the right to construct, maintain and operate lines of any
and all kinds across, under or over said road or any part
thereof, including lines for the conveyance of water and
including lines for telephone, telegraph and electric power,
but so as not to interfere with the reasonable use for
public road purposes.
Subject to all existing easements, reservations, rights
and rights of way of record;
and
T-A- .i3ZAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said deed of right of way for such purposes;
M79 TIZIZFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that said deed of right of way be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
said deed of right of way in the County Recorder's office.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 2.?4 day of
Lttu , 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
