RESOLUTION NO. 5195
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL
FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been
(executed) between the State of California
(cross out inapplicable phrase)
and the City of Newport Beach for the expenditure
of the engineering allocation to cities, and,
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of Newport Beach that said budget proposal
be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expendi-
tures of the engineering allocation to cities, and said
budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the
mayor and /or the city clerk are directed to sign the same
on behalf of said city, said budget proposal to be binding
upon the city upon its approval by the authorized officials
of the State.
