4 MERZAS, in consideration of the payment by the City to
5 them of the sum of 52,500, Ernest Ulmer, Doris Ulmer, Maynard
6 Ulmer, and Bernice Ulmer have executed and delivered to the City
7 of Newport Beach a quitclaim deed dated March 14, 1960, quit -
8 claiming to the City certain real property in the City of Newport
9 Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
10 Lot 23, Block 6 as shown upon a map of Tract Noe
772, recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6,.Miscel-
11 laneous Traps, records of Orange County, California;
12 and
13 'vMR .A6, it is to the interest of the City to accept
14 said quitclaim deed;
15 HGW. TTv REFORZ, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

the
City of Newport
Beach that said quitclaim
deed be accepted

and
the City Clerk
is authorized and directed
to execute and

attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
said quitclaim deed in the County Recorder's office.
