2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH.ACCEPTING A GRANT -OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, Carl J. Wester and Cecilia H. Wester, husband
5 and wife, owners,and Charles W. Masters Enterprise, Inc., a
6 corporation, lessee, have executed a grant of easement to the City
7 of Newport Beach granting an easement for alley purposes over the
8 real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, Stat,
9 of California, described as follows:
10 A strip of land 15.00 feet wide, the centerline
of which is 39.66 feet southwesterly of and
11 parallel to the northeasterly line of Lot 49,
Block B. Tract No. 673, as per map recorded in
12 Book 17, page 18, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California;

15 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept sa
16 grant of easement for such purposes;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
18 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
19 and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and atta,
20 a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
21 grant of easement in the County Recorderts office.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 5207 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 11th day of April 1960 by the following
vote, to wit:
