.A RESOLUTION OF THE-CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT-OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Herbert W. Pfahler has executed a grant of
easement to the City of Newport Beach conveying an easement for
street and highway purposes over the following described property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
The easterly 10.00 feet of the southerly 75.00
feet of Lot B12Z, First Addition to Newport
Mesa Tract, as per .map recorded in Book S,
page 61, Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange
County, California;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant of easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and at-
tach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
said grant.of easement in the County Recorder's office.

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 5210 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 11th day of April 19 60 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
