• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
• 3 PERMIT AND LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

5 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has heretofore given
6 to Science Explorer Scouts, Post 201, a Permit and License to use
7 and occupy a portion of the City's Corporation Yard; and
8 WHEREAS, there has now been presented to the City Council
9 o£ the City of Newport Beach a certain Permit and License Amendment
10 No. 1 amending said Permit and License dated February 8, 1960; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said Permit and License Amendment No. 1 and found the
13 to be fair and equitable;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
15 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to-execute said
16 Permit and License Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City of Newport
17 Beach.
18 ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting this 6th day of
19 j June, 1960.
