1 RESOLUTION NO. 5251
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5236 WHICH
3 ADOPTED PRECISE PLAN NO. 5

5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 650
6 recommended adoption of Precise Plana No. 5 of.the Street and Highwa
7 unit of the Master.Plan; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 5236 adopted
9 said Precise Plan No. 5 in accordance with said recommendation;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 5236 adopted Plan "C" as
12 shown on Drawing No. 126 -2931 on file in the office of the City
131 Engineer as Precise Plan No. 5 of the Street and Highway unit of
14 the Master Plan for the realignment of Newport Boulevard between
15h 23rd and 30th Streets, and
16 WHEREAS, a new drawing numbered L -2950 has been prepared
17 and is on file in the office of the City Engineer which more
18 precisely and appropriately depicts said Plan "C" showing the re-
19' alignment of Newport Boulevard between 23rd and 30th Streets; and
20 WHEREAS, it would be convenient to approve said Drawing
21 No. L -2950 and substitute the same for Drawing No. 126 -2931 in
22 order to show more accurately said Precise Plan No. 5 as adopted;
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5236
24 be amended to substitute Drawing No. L -2950 for Drawing No. 126-
25 2931, both of which are on file in the office of the City Engineer.
26 ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting this 20th day of
27 June, 1960.
