RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NMIPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
5 WHEREAS,.the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
5 has the power and duty to fix the salary of the City Attorney and
7 to designate the time to be devoted to the duties of the office in
8 the resolution fixing the compensation, and
g WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5039 established the salary of
10 I the City Attorney beginning July 1, 1959, and the time to be devo
11 to the duties of the office;
12 NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
13 1960, Resolution No. 5039 be rescinded and that the salary of the
141 City Attorney beginning July 1, 1960, shall be $14,750 per fiscal
15 year for full-time employment, payable in monthly, semimonthly, or
16 biweekly installments as is most convenient in the ordinary course
17 of the preparation-of the City's payroll.
18 ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1960.

the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 27th day of June 19 60 by the following
vote, to wit:

Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
