A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, John F. Vogel, Evans G. Parker and Nadyne R.
Parker, and Louise A. Sanger have executed a grant deed to the
City of Newport Beach conveying an easement for street and utility
purposes aver the real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of the northwesterly 130 feet of Lot 27, Newport
Heights Tract, as per map recorded in Book 4, page 83, of
Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange.County, California,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 8,
Tract No. 1880, as per map recorded in Book 56,
page 41, of Miscellaneous Naps, records of said
Orange County; thence South 390 48' 4511 West
along the southeasterly line of said tract a
distance of 60.00 feet to the most easterly
corner of Lot 9, Tract 1880; thence South 500
11' 15`0 East a distance of 43.11 feet to a point
of tangency with a curve concave to the south-
west; thence southeasterly along said curve
having a radius of 15.00 feet through a central
angle 20° 401 4801 an arc distance of 5.41 feet
to a point of reverse curve, a radial line
through said point bearing North 60° 291 33"
East; thence easterly on a tangent curve concave
to the north having a radius of 47.00 feet through
a central angle 84 52' 09B° an arc distance of
69.62 feet to a point of reverse curve a radial
line through said point bearing South 14° 221 36"
East; thence easterly on a tangent curve concave
to the South having a radius of 15.00 feet through
a central angle 64 111 21" an arc distance of
16.81 feet; thence South 500 11' 15" East tangent
to the last mentioned curve a distance of 9.19
feet- thence North 39° 48' 45" East a distance
of 56.00 feet; thence North 500 11' 19" West a
distance of 32.84 feet to a point of tangency
with a curve concave to northeast; thence north-
westerly along said curve having a radius of 15.00
feet through a central angle of 31° 141 56t4
an arc distance of 8.18 feet to a point of.reverse
curve, a radial line through said point bearing
North 71' 03' 41" Fast; thence northwesterly
along a tangent curve concave to the southwest
having a radius of 47.00 feet through a central
angle of 900 10' 54" a distance of 73.98 feet to
a point of reverse curve, a radial line through
said point bearing North 19° 07' 13" West; thence
westerly on a tangent curve concave.to the North
having a radius of 15.00 feet through a central
angle of 58° 55' 58" an arc distance of 15.43
feet; thence North•500 11' 15" West a distance
of 11.89 feet to the point of beginning;

WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
grant deed in the County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1960.

the foregoing Resolution No. 5263 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 27th day of June 19 60 , by the following
vote, to wit:
