A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF

A.CONTRACT TO SERVE, WATER OUTSIDE THE CITY
•
BOUNDARIES TO NEWPORT DUNES, INC.

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council o
6
the City of Newport Beach for its acceptance and approval a
7
certain contract by and between the City of Newport Beach and
8
Newport Dunes, Inc., wherein said City of Newport Beach agrees to
9
sell certain excess water of said City to Newport Dunes, Inc., up
10
the conditions, covenants and restrictions as therein set forth;

and
12 WHEREAS, said City Council has heretofore considered the
13 terms and conditions of said contract and said terms and condi -
14 tions are reasonable and equitable,
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain contrac
16I between the City of Newport Beach and Newport Dunes, Inc., wherein
17 the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain excess water upon
18�, certain conditions, restrictions and limitations to said Newport
19 Dunes, Inc., be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
20 authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
21I of Newport Beach,
22 ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1960.
