RESOLUTION NO. 5288
. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING AND CHANGING
CERTAIN STREET NAMES IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
• BEACH
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City after a
hearing on the subject has recommended by the adoption of its
Resolution Noe 651 the establishing and changing of certain street
names in the City of Newport Beach, and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the foregoing recommends-
tions, it .appears that it would be in the interests of the City and
more convenient to the public to establish and change such street
names as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach as follows, to wit-
to That the unnamed street between Tustin Avenue and
23rd Street be, and the same is hereby, named "Lake Park
Lane".
20 That the unnamed street between Newport Boulevard
and Clubhouse Avenue in the vicinity of Short Street and 35th
Street be, and the same is hereby, named "Short Street ".
3. That the name of 31st Street from its intersection
with Lafayette Avenue easterly to its termination on the Lido
Peninsula be, and the same is hereby, changed to "Lido Park
Drive"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Super-
visors of Orange County in accordance with the provisions of Sec -
tion 34092 of the Government Code.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5288 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 25th day of July 19 60 , by the following
vote, to wit:
