RESOLUTION NO. 5291
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, a grant deed has been executed and delivered to
the City of Newport Beach by Gladys J. Ray, a widow, granting to
the City certain real property in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 11 in Block 1 of East Newport Tract as shown
on a map recorded in Book 3, page 37, o'f Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
grant deed in the County Recorder's office.
