RESOLUTION N0. 5295
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY
COMPANY PERMITTING THE CITY TO CROSS THE PACIFIC
ELECTRIC RIGHT OF WAY AT.NORDINA STREET
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has requested
permission from the Pacific Electric Railway Company to cross its
right of way with an underground sewer line for the conveying of
water at Nordin Street; and
WHEREAS, said Pacific Electric Railway Company has pre-
pared and presented a license agreement dated July 5, 19600
identified as Lease No. 1752% setting out the terms and conditions
under which such crossing will be permitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk a.re authorized and directed to execute said license agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
