1 RESOLUTION NO. 5333
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WITH
WILSON V. WOODMAN

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
6 of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
7 services between the City of Newport Beach and Wilson V. Woodman
8 in connection with the construction of a rest station on the beach
9 area in the City southerly of Ocean Front at or near the end of
10 15th Street on Balboa Peninsula; and
11 WHEREAS, the -City Council has considered the terms and
121 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and

13� equitable and in the interests of the City;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
1.5 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
16I directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
17 Beach.
