RESOLUTION NO. 5704
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCElPTING A RELINQUISHMENT OF
3 ACCESS RIGHTS

5 VnMUAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
6 is the subdivider of real property in the City of Newport Beach,
7 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
8 Tract No. 4824, recorded in Book 173 , page
28 of Miscellaneous Recor-d Flaps in the
9 o ace o the county recorder of Orange County,
10 California;
1111 and
1211 WEEMS, the Final Nap of Tract No. 4824 was approved by
13 the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
14 limited from said tract to the adjoining public streets of West -
15 cliff Drive and Irvine Avenue; and
16 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has executed and delivered
17 to the City of Newport Beach a Relinquishment of Access Rights
18 which meets said condition imposed by the City Council in approving
19 said Final Map; and
20 UHMIMS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
21 City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
22 NOW, THERZFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquishment
23 of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and

directed to execute and attach a certificate of acceptance and
consent to the recording of said document in the County Recorderls
office.
ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 1963.
