RESOLUTION NO. 217
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, James E. Ross and Violet C. Ross have executed
a grant of easement granting to the City of Newport Beach
an easement for sanitary sewer purposes over the following -
described real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
"T4 .1
That portion of Carnation Avenue (formerly 30th
Avenue) as shown on the Map of Corona del Mar,
recorded in Book 3, Pages 41 & 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
The Northeasterly 170 feet of the Southeasterly 6
feet of the Northwesterly 25 feet of that portion
of said Carnation Avenue Southwesterly of the
Northwesterly prolongation of the Northeasterly
line of Lot 18, Block 231, of said Corona del Mar;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant of easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
