2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY
OF NMfJPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 A LICENSE AG&.TE,(iENT

5 MEMMS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain License Agreement between the
7 City of Newport Beach and Kenneth O. Farnsworth and Eva May Farns-
8 worth concerning the use of the Newport Pier by the licensee for
9 the purpose of loading and unloading customers on sport fishing
10 boats, charter boats, and a shore boat to transport said customers
11 to and from a fishing barge; and
12 NEIREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
13 conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and eg*.ai-
14 table;
15 NOW, TkhEBEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
16 Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
17 of the City of Newport Beach.
18 ADOPTED this llth day of February, 1963.
