2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 A GRANT DEED

5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
6 publicly invited bids for the purchase of surplus City property
7 consisting of:
8 All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Neerport Beach, described as follows:

Lot 4 in Block 434 of Canal Section, Newport Beach, as shmm
10 on a Map recorded in Boots 4, page 98 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California;

13 WEEMS, bids were received by the City Council on
14 February 25, 1963, at which time HObTARD P. HOUSE was the high
15 bidder for the purchase of said property; and
16 WHEREAS, the bid of said high bidder was accepted by
17 the City and the property ordered sold by the City :Council;
18 NOW2 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
19 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant
20 deed on behalf of the City of Newport Beach granting the above
21 described real property to said high bidder or to the person
22 designated by hiss in writing.
23 ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 1963. � �
