RESOLUTION NO. L2 y
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH CHANGING THE NAME OF BAYADERE DRIVE
TO BAYADERE TMIMCE.

5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City has recom-
6 mended to the City Council the changing of the name of Bayadere
7 Drive in the City of Newport Beach; and
8 WFMLEAS, Section 34091.1 of the Government Code author -
9 izes the legislative body to change the name of any city street by
10 adoption of a resolution; and
11 WHEREAS, after consideration of said recommendation, it
12 appears that it would be in the interests of the City and convenient
13 to the public to change the name of.Bayadere Drive as hereinafter
14 set forth;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
16 the City of Newport Beach that the name of that certain street lmoT -r.
17 as Bayadere Drive lying between Bayadere Terrace and Sabrina Ter -
18 race, as shown on City of Newport Beach Planning Department Drawing
19 No. L -1075, designated 9Planninng Commission Street Name Change,
20 Bayadere Drive to Bayadere Terr.49, a copy of which is attached
21 hereto, marked Exhibit 51AcH, and by this reference incorporated
22 herein and made a part hereof, be changed to Bayadere Terrace,
23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
24 forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Super -
25 visors of Orange County in accordance with the provisions of
26 Section 34092 of the Government Code.
27 ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 1963.
