RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
M —TPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING CERTAIN NO PARKING

WKMEAS, Section 3272 of the Newport Bach Municipal Code
6
provides that the City Council may by resolution establish no park-
7
ing areas and, when appropriate signs or markings are in place, no
8
person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in the no parking area
9
so established; and

shown in red as no parking areas;

NOtd, x EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the areas shm n in

red on said drawing are established as no parking areas stfoJect to
25
the approval of the Department of Public Worts of the State of
26
California.

BE IT FURTIM RESOLVED that the city traffic engineer is
28
authorized and directed to submit said drawing to said Department
29
of Public, Forks for approval and, upon approval, is authorizes and
30
directed-to appropriately sign or mark said areas to indicate parr-
31
ing-is prohibited.
