AU-SOLUTION NO. 5752
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA

4 WHEI1EAS, Section 3272 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
5 provides =Sat the City Council may by resolution establish no park-
6 ing areas and, when appropriate signs or markings are in place, no
7 person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in the no parking area
8 so established; and
9 WHEREAS, the southerly side of Seashore Drive between
10 33rd Street and 34th Street is an area cohere parking should be
11 prohibited in order to facilitate the flow of traffic and eliminate
12 traffic hazards;
13 Nett, TMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the southerly side of
14 Seashore Drive between 33rd Street and 34th Street is hereby desig-
15 nated as a no parking area.
16 BE IT FURTIMR RESOLVED that the city traffic engineer is
17 authorized and directed to appropriately sign or mark said area to
18 indicate paring is prohibited.
19 ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 1963.
