RESOLUTION N0, 5759
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
PERMIT FOR AN ALLEY ENCROACMMT
WHEREAS, Resplan, Inc., subdivider of Tract No. 4444,
on Tustin Avenue at the intersection of Del Mar Avenue, and Four
Fours Association, a California corporation organized pursuant to
the declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions applica-
ble to said tract, have requested a permit to construct a fence in
the northeasterly alley in said tract; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined the request for
said permit and determined it would be in the best interests of
the City and in the public interest to grant a temporary encroach-
ment permit for the construction and maintenance of a fence under
the terms and conditions particularly set out in said permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Cleric be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
temporary encroachment permit for the construction and maintenance
of a fence within the northeasterly one foot of said alley.
ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 1963.
