A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a Wrest Virginia corporation,
has executed a deed of right of way granting to the City of Newport
Beach the right of way for a public highway over all the real
property situate in the County of Orange, in the State of Califor-
nia, described as follows, to wit:
All that portion of Block 50 of Irvine's Sub-
division as shown on a map recorded in Book 1, page
88 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, as more particularly shoran on Orange
County Highway Department Survey Division Right of
Way Map.dated 10 -4 -62, revised 11- 20 -62, designated
CS NO. 1702, entitled °BPAULARINO AVENUE SEly. From
Acacia Street9. attached to said deed of right of
way and made a part thereof, included within the
following described parcel:
A strip of land 80.00 feet wide lying 40.00
feet on each side of the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly
line of said Block 50 distant South 390 50' 50"
Wrest, 1200.41 feet, more or less, from the north-
erly corner of said Block 50, said point being
the beginning of a tangent curve, concave south-
erly and having a radius of 1200.00 feet, the
southeasterly terminus of said curve being tangent
to the northeasterly line of said Block 50; thence
easterly along said curve, through a central angle
of 90° 01' 10 an are distance of 1885.36 feet to
said tangent intersection with said northeasterly
line; thence South 500 08' 001' East, along said
northeasterly line, 2762.10 feet to the East corner
of the northwesterly one -half of the southeasterly
one -half of said Block 50,
Excepting therefrom all that portion lying
easterly of the westerly line of MacArthur Boule-
vard, 110.00 feet wide, as described in a deed
recorded in Book 1047, page 557, Official Records
of said county.
Also excepting therefrom all that portion 1y
ing northwesterly of a line that is parallel with
and 40.00 feet southeasterly from the northwester-
ly line of said Block 50;
and
WiHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said deed of right of way for such purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

the City of Newport Beach that said deed of right of way be
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute
and attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording
of said deed of right of way in the County Recorder's office.
