APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE

711 WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
8 Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
9 Number 1 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State
10 highway in the City of Newport Beach, dated July 1, 1962,
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
12 Number 1 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
13 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
14 Newport Beach that said Amendment Number 1 is
15 hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
16 sign the same on behalf of said City,
17 ADOPTED this 8th day of April , 1963.
