2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH EASTVIEW DEVELOPMENT CORP., SUB -
DIVIDER,.FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INIPROVM4ENTS
41 IN TRACT NO. 4893

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Eastview Develop -
8 ment Corp., subdivider of Tract No. 4893, agrees to construct
9 street and other public improvements necessary to serve said sub -
10 division, and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 `AREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
16 the provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
21 the City Attorney as to form.
