RESOLUTION NO. 5797
A RESOLUTION OF TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH CREATING A POSITION
VMEaRE&S, it is necessary and convenient to create a new
position entitled 49Gene;raal Services Advisor'-' for a limited period
of time;
NO'ei, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, not-withstanding
the provisions of Resolution No. 5259 as amended, Resolution No.
5641, and Resolution No. 5531, there is hereby created a new
position entitled "General Services Advisor ", said position to
continue through .Lurie 30, 1964, at a salary of $1030 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said position shall be a Rey
personnel position.
BE IT FURTIMR RESOLVED that, except as provided in this
resolution, the provisions of Resolution No. 5289 as amended and
Resolution No. 5531 stall apply to this position.
