RESOLUTION NO. 5799
A USOLUTION 07 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWORT BEACH AUTHORIZING TPX EXECUTION Or A
TEMPORARY EIQC 2WPHENT PEWIT FOR WALL
[MMS, Dover Shores Community Association, a CaliforZia
corporation, has requested an encroachment permit to construct a
masonry wall along the northeasterly side of North Star Lange in
Tract 42248 and
t S, the City Council has examined the request for
said permit and determined, it would be in the hest interests of
the City and in the public interest to grant a temporary encroach-
ment permit for the construction and maintenance of a masonry wall
under the terms and conditions particularly set out in said permits
NOsrl, TNEREFOM' BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Guity
(Cleric be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
temporary encroachment permit for the construction and maintenance
of a masonry mall within the northeasterly one foot of the right of
gray of North Star: Lane in said Tract 4224.
ADOPTED this 24th day of June , 1963.
